Mark Wemple, Esq.
Mark Wemple received his Juris Doctorate from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 1996, is licensed to practice law in Maryland, and is admitted practice in the the United States District Court of Maryland. Mark was the Assistant Editor for the Environmental Law Review while attending school and he clerked for the Honorable James P. Punch in the Orleans County Court back in 1996. He has also been doing panel work for the Maryland Public Defender’s Office since 2002 and has done panel work for the Federal Public Defender’s office since 2005. Mark attended college at Cortland College where he obtained his B.A. in Studio Art, Art History, and Spanish. Mark also studied abroad in Spain at the Universidad de Salamanca. Prior to practicing law, Mark worked a number of jobs. He was a teacher, a social worker, and he served as an Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation for the City of Ithaca.
Mark has been practicing law for over 15 years and is the firm’s lead trial attorney. He focuses primarily on criminal defense, civil, family, and personal injury matters. Mark’s past experience working as a social worker is particularly helpful for practicing family law because it gives him an insight that most attorneys do not have. As a prior social worker, Mark understands the importance of family and how to properly advocate for things like child custody and child support.
With regards to criminal defense, Mark’s experience is unparalleled. He has litigated misdemeanor and felony cases in both state and federal courts and has a proven track record of successfully defending alleged criminals. He has obtained acquittals for clients in rape, manslaughter, DUI, and drug cases. Mark fights to ensure that every client is afforded the full due process of law in every case, no matter how small or big. He has taken hundreds of cases to trial and is not afraid to stand up to judges in open court. In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and children, racing cars and motorcycles, and listening to music.
Davin Van Eyken, Esq.
Davin Van Eyeken received his Juris Doctorate from the North Carolina Central University School of Law and also received an L.L.M. in Business and Financial Regulation from the American University Washington School of Law. Prior to law school, Davin attended North Carolina State University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Davin is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland and has been admitted to the United States District Court of Maryland.
Davin handles the majority of the firm’s bankruptcy matters. He has handled hundreds of bankruptcy cases and helped our clients with their Chapter 7/13 filings. In addition to bankruptcy, Davin provides counsel for clients in civil matters, real estate, and personal injury. In his free time, Davin enjoys exercising, writing, and traveling.
Soung Jae Shin, Esq.
Soung Jae Shin focuses on the Firm’s Korean clientele in a variety of legal matters. Prior to coming to the United States, Mr. Shin attended the prestigious Yonsei University School of Law and received a Master’s of Law. Mr. Shin also has a Master of Law from the American University Washington College of Law as well as a Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law. He assists the firm with personal injury, immigration, and civil matters (particularly those involving contracts and leases). Mr. Shin is to practice law in New Jersey and in the District of Columbia. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and playing soccer with his two boys.
Regina D. Domingo, Esq.
Regina D. Domingo offers competent and reliable legal advice and representation, especially in the area of immigration and nationality law. She has over 12 years of experience representing clients in immigration matters. Her specialized knowledge in the realm of immigration law allows her to provide our clients with specific tailor-made, targeted solutions. She offers personalized attention, responsive service, and regular immigration updates to our clients from across America and the world over. Ms. Domingo is licensed to practice law in New York and in the Philippines.
Chinese Of Counsel*
Mr. Daqi Cui graduated from Chinese People’s Republic Security University in 1988, after which he spent four years as a government officer in the Public Security Bureau. Since 1993 he has been practicing law in China. In 2003 he was selected by the All China Lawyers’ Association to study in Temple University on a full scholarship, where he studied through 2004. In 2005 he began serving as general legal counsel for multinational corporations including Toyota Finance China and Papa Johns’s China, all while maintaining a successful private practice. Since 2011, he has focused on serving Chinese investors accessing the U.S. markets along with their immigration needs.

Mandy Ye, Legal Assistant – Originally from Shanghai, China, Ms. Ye has spent the past twelve years in the United States. She is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Shanghai dialects) and English. Ms. Ye assists all attorneys with the filing of court documents, facilitating client communications, billing, and record-keeping. She has experience working in a variety of legal fields, but her understanding of court processes with respect to civil litigation and personal injury matters make her an invaluable asset to the firm. In her free time, Ms. Ye enjoys spending time with her family and children.
Arturo Garcia, Legal Assistant – Originally from Lima, Peru, Mr. Garcia has spent the past 14 years living in the United States. He is fluency in both Spanish and English is instrumental with assisting our spanish-speaking clients. He assists our attorneys with filing of Court documents, legal research, document collection from clients, translation of foreign documents and certificates, and Notary Public duties. In his free time Mr. Garcia enjoys playing soccer and on the weekends he plays the acoustic guitar at his church gatherings.
Yuija Feng, Immigration Clerk – Ms. Feng assists the firm with preparing immigration paperwork to file with the USCIS. Yuija is very familiar with the U.S. immigration procedures and has helped our attorneys in a plethora of immigration matters.
Nick Johal, Law Clerk – Nick received his Juris Doctorate from the Howard University School of Law in May 2016 and his application to the Maryland State Bar is currently pending. Mr. Johal joined the firm in 2016 and assists our attorneys with legal research, drafting of legal memoranda and court filings, and with discovery issues. Nick also serves as our in-house webmaster. In his free time, Mr. Johal enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing video games, and freelance writing.
